We are looking to expand our team with a highly driven Sales Manager. Tasks are varied and challenging – from talking to end-users and customers in hospitals to research new markets & sales channels. You will be responsible for supporting our existing global sales-channels and managing sales within the Nordic region.

We believe you are a driven person with an interest in sales and business development and is now looking to join an exciting start-up journey and career development as our company scales. Primary responsibilities
- Responsible for sales tactics and execution to help meet growth targets
- Support and manage our existing global and local sales-channels
- Facilitate and lead conversations with multiple stakeholders across those businesses
- Working closely with the GM to ensure revenue targets are being met and markets are being maximized to align with the business growth plans
- Managing time against tight deadlines and ambitious goals

Desired Skills
- 2-4 years’ experience within a similar business development role
- Expert analytical skillset
- Proactive, strong focus on achievement and an entrepreneurial drive
- Self-management and goal-driven leader
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Swedish & English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience of working in a start-up environment or similar industry would be an advantage

- Help develop, implement and execute on a marketing plan for a select global market
- Manage product portfolio and lead internal product development
- Write copy for all initiatives, including marketing, sales, and internal communication
- Manage and handleexhibitions and campaigns to boost brand and business awareness
- Handle print andmultimedia production projects (e.g ads, graphics, photos, imagery, video)
- Managing time againsttight deadlines and ambitious goals
